Lauren brings an artist's eye and a scientist's precision to every celebration. An infectious disease research associate and floral designer, she founded Sommer Floral & Co. and has been designing weddings and events since 2019. She is meticulous and proudly Type A, so nothing gets overlooked. Her travels across five continents shape a design style that feels fresh, personal, and never cookie-cutter.

Calm, steady, and people-first, Hannah believes the best events do more than look beautiful. They make every guest feel welcomed, cared for, and part of something meaningful. Since 2018, she has led nonprofit and for-profit organizations, directing galas, fashion shows, and donor events that consistently surpass their fundraising goals. A decade as a Special Education Teacher, Principal, and Nonprofit Director taught her to read a room and anticipate what people need. She is always mindful of the guest experience, keeping every guest happy and accounted for.
