The Vision

A colorful lakeside garden party inspired by an intimate micro-wedding, with layered florals, playful details, and multiple fully styled spaces throughout The Pavilion at Lago Bella.

Photographers will have the opportunity to capture:

  • Bride + Three Bridesmaids — Getting-ready moments followed by a fully glammed bride and bridesmaids for individual portraits, groupings, and bride + bridesmaid shots

  • Real Couple Bride + Groom Models — Styled couple portraits at our designated lakeside altar and dock setups

  • Outdoor Reception — Fully set reception tables with a styled sweetheart table

  • Indoor Reception — A secondary fully styled king’s table positioned against The Pavilion at Lago Bella’s natural-light windows

  • Additional Stations + Details — Custom invitation suite and flat lay, cake, bar, seating chart, florals, fully set tablescapes, and additional wedding details

  • 8+ Distinct Photography Setups — A mix of model, detail, reception, and waterfront setups to create a varied portfolio gallery

  • Small-Group Rotations — Photographers will rotate through designated setups in groups of just 3–4, with dedicated 20-minute shooting sessions at each station.
